Published in Russian in November 2018 by Marina Dobrovinsky publishing house, the book is part of a limited edition art travel guides series aimed at art collectors and art enthusiasts. There are 9 books in the series, each dedicated to a particular city and written by an art historian/local insider. The books are accompanied by unique drawings created for this occasion by a local contemporary artist.

Art Tokyo is unique collectors edition curated and written by Julia Tarasyuk. Foreword to the book has been written by Toshio Hara, the founder of the Hara Museum of Contemporary Art. Special drawings have been created by the renowned contemporary Japanese artist Yuichi Higashionna. Art Tokyo features over 200 art related addresses in Tokyo and beyond. These are best kept secrets of Japanese contemporary art including museums, art galleries, public art, artist studios, art hotels and art restaurants, art and design shopping. The book has a limited number of copies, 500, each book is numbered and signed individually for the owner.
